Do you have a store?

We are not the traditional uniform/scrub store. At this time, you may shop our Monroe, La location by appointment only. Give us a call! We host several pop up locations a year. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop @DaliciaousDesigns

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover Card, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay, Sezzle, & Venmo. We also offer interest free payment plans via Afterpay, Paypal, and Sezzle.

Is this website secure?

Yes. We are secured by a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the data communication collected on this site. This includes all transactions, addresses, phone numbers, and/or credit card information.

Can you cancel my order?

Generally, your order may be cancelled within a 24-hr period if your order has not been pulled for fulfillment. If it has been 24 hours since you have placed your order your order may not be cancelled. For questions on returns or exchanges, click here

How can I return my order?

A return may be requested here if the following requirements are met: Merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days. The products considered for returns must be unworn, intact with tags, in the orignal packaging and same condition in which it was received. All requests for returns of personal hygiene items, undergarments (including, caps, socks and support hosiery), or items utilized for preparation/consumption of food or bevarage will not be eligible for return nor exchange. Please review our return policy for further info.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship within 7-10 business days (It typically does not take this long, but can be prolonged during peak seasons). Shipment timeframes for pre-order items are listed in the description section of each pre-order product.

How much is the cost of shipping within the U.S.?

Flat-rate shipment pricing is now available for all domestic orders (U.S & Canada). All domestic orders over $99 will be shipped free of charge. Please click here for detailed shipping pricing. How can I determine what size uniforms/clothing to purchase?

Most uniforms available on our website are true to size. Specific sizing tips are available on the Sizing page. Sizing for each product is listed on the product page, but you may collectively compare sizing for each collection here.

I forgot my AfterPay password. How can I reset it?


Following the Checkout with Afterpay page, the customer will be prompted to log in using their Afterpay password. They are able to set up a new password by selecting the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link.

How can I set up a scrub show at my current facility? 

We encourage referrals from our customers and provide exclusive discounts and/or free products upon the succesful completion of a booking. To inquire about a Hospital or Facility event, click here.

How do you pronounce "Daliciaous" | What does this mean?
